Pairs and tee times for the second round of play at the 2022 Masters are now available, and while the groups will remain the same from the first 18 holes, the start times have flipped for Friday’s game as Augusta National prepares to narrow the pitch ahead of the game. weekend. From top to bottom and early to late, it looks like the plot in the second of the four rounds of play for this week is not only fantastic, but increasing with each passing hole.

The morning wave of round two was full of star power as former champions Bubba Watson, Patrick Reed, Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth stunned. Among the most notable pairings between Johnson and rising star Colin Morikawa and Billy Hurschel, John Ram with Patrick Cantlay and Will Zalatores, and Rory McIlroy and Brooks Koepka in a star-studded trio alongside Matthew Fitzpatrick.

The afternoon spell could be even better, as four of the last five Masters champions – including five-time winner Tiger Woods – are part of the last batches to kick off at Augusta National before we head out into the weekend. Woods, along with Louis Oosthuizen and Joaquin Neiman, are set to sprint at 1:41pm ET, starting the championship in one of the last groups to start the second round after Thursday’s early tee times.
