The little phone is officially over

The 1920s aren’t shaping up to be a golden era for small phones and people who love using them. Phone makers continue to use 6-inch or larger screens, while the number of built-in devices available seems to be shrinking every year.

It seems likely that the trend will continue, especially amid rumors of a less than enthusiastic reception for one of the few new small phones that will debut this year. The iPhone SE (2022) arrived last month, but there are two reports claiming that Apple is working to reduce production on the 4.7-inch phone.
